 A.  God speaks to us prophetically by declaring the end from the beginning
 1.  We must take the Promises of God’s Word & the Prophetic word and declare it / decree it while in the midst of controversy & trials:
 a.  This is not denial / Jesus did not deny His circumstances: rather, when He rose from the dead He revealed His wounds to His disciples showing what he had faced & conquered / We are to do the same
 b.  Job 22:28 Thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established: (Joel 3:10)
 (1)  results of decree, declaring the end from the beginning: "light shall shine upon they ways
