I. TEXT EXODUS 3:7-14
A. A God who cares: VS 7 & 9 ”seen the oppression
of My people” Def oppression: crushing, distress

A God who hears: vs 7 “have heard their cry”....vs
9 “cry of the children of Israel has come to Me”
1. Def “cry”:
a call together (a family, a church, a nation, calling out together
for deliverance)

Vs 7 “because of their taskmasters”: Def
Taskmasters: to tyrannize: type of the powers of darkness
D.
:vs 7 “I know their sorrows”: Def sorrows:
grief & pain
1. God can relate to our
sorrows (& pain) because of Jesus: Isa 53:3 “a man of
sorrows” (Pain)
II.
Vs 8 “I have come down to deliver them” Def
Deliver to recover & rescue
A. “I have come
down”: Steps of deliverance: “deliver them
out”.....”bring them up”.....
“to a land....to the place”
1. God comes down /
manifests when we Praise & Worship Him (Ps 22:3) for a purpose: “
to deliver them out”
a. 1 Peter 2:9 “Him
who called you out of darkness”
2. God’s presence
comes down / manifests for a purpose: “to bring them up”:
a. Eph 2:5 & 6
“raised us up...made us sit together in heavenly
places in Christ Jesus”
3. God’s presence
comes down / manifests for a purpose, to bring us: “to
a land”... to the place”
a. that land is the
Kingdom of God & that place is your destiny. It is time to drink
the milk & eat the honey.
III.
God’s recipe for deliverance so we may go: up...out...& to
contains six keys:
A.
Key #1 A Pastor Ex 3:10 & 14 God calls
Moses
1. Before God delivers
His people, He raises up a vessel to work His deliverance through:
a. Ezek. 22:30 “I
sought for a man among them” Jer 5:1 “if ye can find a
man”
B. That Vessel must
respond to the call of God upon their life: Ex 3:10 “Come
now”
1. That Pastor must
overcome their fears & insecurities (Moses responded): Ex3:11
“Who am I that I should go”
a. God’s work is
not accomplished by our own power: Col 1:27 “Christ in You”
& Zech 4:6 “By My Spirit”
C. That Pastor must have
assurance that God has anointed them & is with them:
1. Ex 2:12 “I
(God) will certainly be with you”
IV.
Key #2 of God’s recipe for deliverance so we may go:
up...out... & to: A Plan \
A.
This plan is the direction, vision, dream that God gives to the
Pastor in order to:
1. Bring the people out
from the influence of the power of darkness
2. Bring the people up
to a good land : seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus
3. Bring the people to
a land / to the place: the Kingdom of God & God’s
destiny for their lives
V.

A.
Ex 3:12 “you shall serve God “....it is
time to serve The Lord!!!!!
1. Serve The Lord in
Holiness: Heb 12:14
2. Serve The Lord in
offering our spiritual sacrifices of Praise & Worship: Heb 13:15

Ministry: Eph 4:12 & 2 Tim 1:6

A. Ex 3:12 “certainly
I will be with you”
1. We must become like
Moses refuse to go anywhere, or do anything without God’s
presence” Ex 33:14 & 15

End time bible prophecy being fulfilled in the lives of those who are
faithful in tithes, offerings & first fruits:

1. When Israel applied the blood of the lamb to their doors it positioned them for deliverance:
